Rufang Huang
Mr. Rufang Huang graduated from Zhejiang University City College. He is the Founder and President of Chinese Organization for Rare Disorders. As he is a patient with rare disease, he introduced the conception of rare disease into China via public benefit activities in the past ten years that made rare disease and the patients from unknown to well-known gradually. He is the pioneer and practitioners and has become an acknowledged iconic figure in rare disease field in China.
